Noa Cykman is a Fulbright scholar and Ph.D. candidate in Sociology at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her research revolves around topics such as regenerative agriculture, ecological restoration, multispecies societies, and utopia. She is particularly curious about how we may (re-)establish relationships of kinship and reciprocity between people and forests. Noa coordinates the Environmental Justice/Climate Justice cluster of the Orfalea Center, at UCSB, and is a core organizer of the Isla Vista Food Forest, in Santa Barbara.
